London in the summer is bursting with life; the city has the perfect mix of iconic sights and hands-on experiences, making it the ideal destination for student travelers.
Our perfect London day starts with a workshop at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre where students can bring the Bard to life right on the same stage where his plays were once performed. Then it’s off to Buckingham Palace for a guided tour that takes you beyond the gates and into the lavish rooms of the royal residence—a must for anyone curious about the monarchy. After your visit, take a leisurely stroll over the bridge to admire the iconic views of Big Ben and the London Eye.
No summer day in London is complete without exploring one of the city’s buzzing markets. Grab lunch at Borough Market or Camden, where global street food, vintage finds, and local art come together in the most vibrant way. Then, unwind in one of London’s many green spaces—like Regent’s Park or St. James’s—for a relaxing picnic in the park! After lunch, why not kick around a football and join in on one of the city’s favorite pastimes.
Enjoy a classic English dinner with crispy fish and chips served in a cozy authentic local restaurant for the perfect taste of tradition.
