The perfect summer day in Madrid starts in Retiro Park, one of Madrid’s most beautiful green spaces. After a leisurely walk among its lush trees and statues, rent a rowboat on the serene Estanque lake, where you can paddle around while soaking in views of the crystal-clear water and the grand Palacio de Cristal. It’s the perfect way to unwind before diving into the heart of the city.
Next, hop on a city bike tour for an exciting, active exploration of Madrid’s rich history and modern energy. Cruise past landmarks like the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol, with plenty of stops to snap photos and learn about Madrid’s fascinating past from your guide.
